Brexit and VAT changes.
From 1st January 2021, all items listed on our website will now appear cheaper as they are now zero-rated for VAT. You will still be responsible for the VAT payment at your local rate once the goods arrive at your country and will receive a separate bill to pay this from our parcel carriers DPD. This will need to be paid before they can deliver the goods to your address.
Please note we are still open and are able to process and deliver orders to you.

Please note bulk orders and upgraded systems may take longer to process no matter what delivery method you choose, however, they will still be prioritized according to what delivery method has been chosen.
We can deliver to many European Destinations, please proceed to the checkout to find out if we can ship to your country along with a shipping quote.
Rates vary depending on the number of items you order and can be viewed once you add the item to the basket and proceed to the checkout page.
On the morning of delivery, you will get a text message/email informing you on a 1 hour delivery time slot.
You can even follow the driver with your smartphone or any device with an internet connection!
Once more you also have a range of alternative options:
- leave in a safe place
- deliver to neighbour
- delivery to a local shop
- change delivery date
You can choose any of these options by simply replying to the text or clicking the "change my delivery now" link on your email
Returns and Warranty Info
If in the first 14 days after you purchase your item you change your mind and you feel it's not suitable for you.
You can return the item to us at your cost and we will refund you in full less any postage costs. Item must be returned in the original packaging in the condition you received it in to be eligible.
Upgrades to systems take slightly longer to process so please allow up to 7 working days depending on the amount purchased.
Returns & Warranty information
Refurbished Desktops come with a 12 Month RTB Warranty and Laptops have a 6 Months RTB Warranty (unless otherwise stated). Warranty does not cover software-related incidents through user error, such as tampering with software settings, Virus/Spyware infections etc. Batteries on refurbished laptops are treated as consumable items and are not covered under the warranty. We do not accept returns on the basis of a battery not holding a charge.

14 Day Returns Policy - If You Have Simply Changed Your Mind.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulation Act 2014 if you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, then you are entitled to do so and have any money that you have paid to us refunded, provided that the goods have not been in your possession for more than 14 Working Days after the day on which you received the goods ('Working Day' means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). Please note that you may not cancel any goods ordered from us where any audio or video recordings or computer software has been unsealed by you.
You will receive a refund via your original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 30 days after the cancellation of your order.
All costs for returning the goods are to be met by the customer, we cannot accept liability for returned goods lost or damaged during transit. You are asked to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier and insure the consignment to cover its value. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to enclose your name and address, and a copy of your purchase receipt.
If we collect the goods from you, we will charge you for the cost of collection (and we may if we wish to deduct this from your refund).
We also reserve the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
Contracts between businesses are not governed by these regulations.
